The courses on this website are for employed and prospective teachers with a Plan of Study from one of the RALC's. You should not take courses, and assume that they will count toward licensure, without an approved RALC plan.

 

 

The Regional Alternative Licensing Centers 

(RALCs) are an extension of  the North Carolina 

State Board of Education, Department 
of Public  Instruction,
Licensure Section. 
The RALCs provide  services for teaching candidates
who qualify for lateral entry or 
provisional professional educator licenses in 

North Carolina public and charter schools.
